For this juried exhibit, the Richmond Area Arts Council (RAAC) requested artwork with the theme of Spring in Kentucky: Spring is a season of rebirth and new beginnings. Buds bloom, trees provide a canvas of green, animals emerge, nest building begins: the earth comes to life. Springtime in Kentucky is a season of immense beauty here in our state.

This photograph was taken of "The Blue Hole" at McConnell Springs in Lexington, KY. More importantly the reflections of the trees help me to think about my perceived actions and behavior, —i.e., Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson.
